Pricing

Three ways to pay us, each written down before we start.

We do not publish a rate card because the honest price depends on scope, media budget and how fast decisions get made on your side. We do publish how we charge, what moves the number, and what is always included. A written quote arrives within one working day of a conversation.

Model 01

Monthly retainer

For ongoing media, search, social and reporting.

  • A fixed monthly fee for an agreed scope
  • Media paid by you, in your own ad accounts
  • Weekly pulse report, monthly review
  • Three-month minimum, then monthly notice

Best when you want one team planning, buying and measuring every month.

Model 03

Media management

For paid media only, when creative comes from you.

  • A management fee or a percentage of spend, whichever suits the budget
  • Planning, set-up, pacing, optimisation and delivery reports
  • Platform-native reports with every invoice
  • Flight by flight or monthly

Best for campaigns and institutions with their own creative team.

What moves the price

  • Scope. How many channels, languages and creative variants a month.
  • Media budget. Larger budgets need more optimisation time and more creative rotation.
  • Speed. A campaign that must be live in two weeks costs more than one with six.
  • Decision-making. One approver moves faster than a committee; we price the realistic timeline, not the hoped-for one.
  • Research. Recall surveys, interviews and tracking audits are priced as line items so you can see them.

Always included

  • A written plan before any media runs.
  • Your own accounts. Ad accounts, pixels, audiences and history belong to you.
  • Reply within one working day to any message, for the life of the engagement.
  • Platform-native delivery reports with every media invoice.
  • A handover document if we part ways, so the next team can continue.

— Questions about money

Before you ask.

Why no prices on the page?

Because a number without a scope misleads in both directions. A quote with the scope attached takes one working day and costs nothing.

Is there a minimum budget?

There is a minimum scope, not a minimum budget. If a budget is too small to learn anything from, we will say so and suggest what to do instead, which is sometimes nothing.

Do you take a percentage of media spend?

Only under the media management model, and only when it suits the budget size better than a flat fee. Either way it is stated in writing before the first campaign.

How do you invoice?

Monthly in advance for retainers, half and half for projects, per flight or monthly for media management. In US dollars, euros or your local currency, with tax invoices.
