For start-ups and scale-ups

First customers before the runway runs out.

You do not need a brand film. You need a position people understand in one sentence, a landing page that converts, and media bought carefully enough that you learn something every week. That is what we build for founders.

— What usually goes wrong

Three problems we see first.

Spending before knowing

Media bought on broad targeting because nobody defined the customer first. The budget goes; the lesson does not arrive.

A site that explains, not sells

The product is clear to you and opaque to a visitor. The form is three screens down.

Reports nobody trusts

Dashboards with eleven metrics and no answer to "did it work?"

— How we work with you

The approach, in order.

  1. 01

    Week 1: position

Customer interviews, competitor map, one-sentence position, messaging hierarchy.

  2. 02

    Weeks 2 to 3: foundation

Landing page, tracking, audiences, creative variants. Everything tested before spend.

  3. 03

    Weeks 4 to 8: learn

Small flights on two or three channels, weekly reads, budget moved to what works.

  4. 04

    From week 9: scale

The channel that proved itself gets the budget. Search and content start compounding alongside.

— Questions we get asked

Before you ask.

We have a small budget. Is it worth it?

Small budgets are where discipline matters most. We would rather run a tight test on one channel than spread a small budget across five. Tell us the number and we will say honestly what it can and cannot learn.

Can you work with our in-house designer or developer?

Yes. We plan, buy and measure; your team produces, or we do, or a mix. We write the briefs either way.

Do you take equity?

No. Fees only, stated in writing before we start.

Tell us your runway and your target. We will tell you what eight weeks can prove.

A reply within one working day. No deck, no retainer pitch, just the answer.
